After a few months of suffering with autoimmune-disease-induced carpal tunnel, and trying a plethora of things to alleviate the pain and address the issue (e.g., seeing a medical doctor, taking medication, sleeping with my hand in a splint and raised on a pillow, tweaking my diet, doing specialized exercises, etc. etc. etc.), I finally saw Dr. Kaplan out of sheer desperation. I had never had acupuncture before.

In just one session, about 85% of the pain was alleviated And, by the second session, the pain was completely gone. That was a few weeks ago and I’m still pain-free.

I have continued to see Dr. Kaplan for other reasons because I’m now a huge fan of hers and of acupuncture! Plus, should the carpal tunnel pain return, I know she’ll be able to help.

I cannot recommend her enough!

Dr. Lauren Kaplan has helped me reduce my migraine headaches. She knows exactly where to place the acupuncture needles to help reduce the pain and increase sensation to make nerve pathways. I stopped seeing Dr. Lauren for a few months because of my busy schedule and my body felt the difference without treatments. I'm very blessed to have found her. Maribeth and Maddie, the office staff, are so sweet. They are all so helpful and accommodating with scheduling. I highly recommend Dr. Kaplan to help reduce your pain and increase sensation to your body's neuropathy.

Dr. Lauren is my expert for any and all ailments ranging from sciatica to women's health issues to fighting off a cold and most recently, a strained back after competing in a triathlon (She recommended a game changing CBD stick that works wonders). Her breadth of knowledge and 360 approach inclusive of dietary recommendations is always spot-on! I don't even live in NJ yet Dr. Lauren is my go-to and I especially appreciate she makes herself available for consults. On the rare occasion I'm in NJ, I make sure to see Dr. Lauren in person, even if it's just a tune-up because she's that good!

Dr. Lauren Kaplan has literally put her heart into helping me heal! Her knowledge, experience, positive energy made my experience and healing journey in her office so much better! Positive quotes all around her office, which I love!! Such a neat and clean office, the staff is very friendly and welcoming . I am absolutely amazed of the results and improvement I have been seeing with my struggles that I was facing. If I only knew earlier that acupuncture would work so so well I’d do it way sooner! Dr has helped me get my life back and I can finally be my happy self again! I truly recommend dr Lauren for acupuncture as she has plenty of knowledge especially when dealing with traumatic life experiences, ptsd, anxiety, depression ! She has helped me release my past trauma and I happily got to move on with my life!

Dr. Kaplan has been the only solution to my consistent migraines due to my TMJ. I had tried several other treatments (PT, Meds, Dental Appliances, etc.) without much relief, until I started treatments with Dr. Kaplan. My daily migraines became less frequent within a few weeks and were significantly reduced within 1 cycle of treatment. I now have a much better quality of life and can manage with just maintenance visits. Dr. Kaplan is very attentive, listens to how I am feeling and adjusts to what my body needs that day. She is very transparent and never rushes my appointments. I wish I had started treatment with Dr. Kaplan sooner!! I am so glad I found her and highly recommend her to all.
