Nervous System Recovery for Women Navigating Anxiety, Chronic Stress & Life's Biggest Transitions
Who This Is For
Professional women, often moms, between 25 and 65 — considering, going through, or recovering from divorce; high-functioning on the outside but anxious, wired, and depleted underneath; carrying career pressure, parenting, fertility struggles, caregiving, or a major identity shift, often layered with perimenopause or menopause.
Who This Is Not For
Designed to work alongside medical or mental health care, not replace it. Not intended as the primary approach for bipolar disorder, major depressive disorder requiring intensive psychiatric care, active eating disorders, acute psychiatric crises, or active substance use disorders.
Three Phases Over Four Months

WEEKS 1–4
Phase 1: Reset
Your body stops bracing, so anxiety and overwhelm no longer run the show. Twice-weekly visits.

WEEKS 5–8
Phase 2: Restore
You can't control what's happening in your world — but you can control how your body responds. Weekly visits.

WEEKS 9–16
Phase 3: Rebuild
Every-other-week visits to make sure your calm holds in real life. You'll leave with a personal Resilience Blueprint.
Clients often put it simply: "Life isn't calmer — I am."
